Return Policy

We want you to love your furniture! If something isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges. At Baytbox, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent, providing clear guidelines for returning or exchanging products. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date you receive the product if there is a manufacturing defect or the product does not conform to the description. Notification of any damage or defect must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Products that have been unpacked, installed, or assembled are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective. 

Exclusions: Items that cannot be repackaged (e.g., accessories, mattresses, bed sheets, pillows, towels) are not eligible for return or exchange due to health and safety reasons. Products purchased on special order or pre-order cannot be returned or canceled after 48 hours of placing the order.

Initiate a Request: Submit a return or exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product by contacting our customer service team through your Baytbox account.


Customer Service Contact: Our team will contact you within 4 working days to provide further instructions.


Shipping the Product: Deliver the product to the specified shipping company branch (SMSA, Aramex) within 48 hours of receiving our instructions.


Inspection: Upon receipt at our warehouse, the product will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.


Resolution:

For returns, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, minus shipping costs (10-15% of the order value or a minimum of 60 SAR).

For exchanges, a replacement product will be shipped without additional shipping fees if the exchange is for an item of equal or higher value.

Damaged Products: If the product is received damaged or defective, it will be replaced or serviced. If repair is not possible, you can choose a replacement or a refund (excluding shipping and installation costs).
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made items, used products, and products showing signs of misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Special orders can be canceled within 48 hours. After these periods, cancellation requests will incur shipping fees.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10-14 working days after the product passes inspection. For credit card payments, your bank may take 7-14 additional days to process the refund.
Payment Methods: Refunds for payments made via Tabby or Tamara will follow their specific timelines and procedures. Cash on delivery payments will be refunded as store credit.
Additional Information
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is adequately packed for return. Any damages incurred during the return shipping due to improper packaging will void the return.

Discrepancies: Differences in product color due to lighting or photography will not be considered as defects and are not eligible for return.

Signature on Delivery: Signing the delivery receipt confirms that the product was received in good condition and meets the specifications.

Rejection Upon Delivery: Customers should inspect the product upon delivery and have the right to reject it if there are visible damages or discrepancies such as wrong color, size, material, or any defects.

Damage Reporting: Any damage due to shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with at least three pictures or one video of the damage.

Change of Mind: "On-demand" items are not eligible for returns if there is no manufacturing defect in the product.
